Grease Hoods (Type I)Type I hoods are designed for use above grease producing equipment. Accurex hoods are UL 710 Listed and available in several styles and configurations. Hoods can be built in single section lengths from 4-16 feet. Longer hoods are available in multiple sections and can appear as on utilizing our continuous capture option to improve aesthetics. 
Heat and Condensate Hoods (Type II)Accurex offers Heat and Condensate hoods that are available in a wide range of sizes to meet your varying design constraints. These hoods are designed to capture heat and/or condensate (Type II Hood) from non-grease producing appliances such as ovens and dishwashers.

Controls/Energy ManagementAs an energy management center, the panel controls power to kitchen ventilation system equipment. For optimum energy efficiency, variable-volume, and/or dehumidification applications, Accurex can also provide a turnkey direct digital control system.

Make-Up Air UnitsAccurex's make-up air units are specifically designed to provide industry leading performance and durability for restaurant and other food service applications. Our make-up air units are available in several arrangements, for maximum performance and flexibility.
Packaged Rooftop Unitsraditional kitchen design used a dedicated make-up air unit, and one or more small rooftop units with limited outside air capabilities to achieve marginal comfort. A superior alternative is Accurex's packaged rooftops, which offer the opportunity to introduce 50-100% outside air into a unit that heats, cools and dehumidifies, yielding a safe and comfortable environment for diners and employees.
